Austria: Urban weinbau

Urban Weinbau if a family owned winery in the Niederösterreich area north of Wien. Here the grapes grow well in the soil of clay. Every wines reflex the winemaker but the terroir and nature also give some to the grapes and wine. They work at the winery strict after their rule:

“Not too much but not too little either”

They use modern technique and old know how to get the best out of their grapes and make excellent wines which has been reworded and nomenated several times.
